HANDS ON THE ARTS FESTIVAL

REQUIREMENTS: All work must be original, and hand crafted by the exhibitor. No buy/sell. 

JURYING: Artisans who have not been previously juried into this show are required to submit at least three photos of their  work and a picture of the booth. Electronic files can be e-mailed to handsonthearts@gmail.com with your name - or - printed photos can be included with this application (They will not be returned). 

APPLICATION: Download the Exhibitor Application Form using the button below. Complete and return the application form. The fees and completed form must be received at the Eastham Town Hall by 4PM on Friday, May 24, 2024. This includes mailed applications. 

SELECTION of VENDORS: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants who are accepted will be notified by email with show information. Applicants who are not accepted will be notified by mail and their show fee check  returned. 

FEES: Individual checks should be payable to the Eastham Cultural Council. Checks should be post-dated to June 18, 2024, when they will be deposited. (If you have done the show for 3 years+ you can combine application fee and show fee in one check.) 

1. $10.00 non-refundable application fee. 

2. $150.00 show fee. 

VENDOR'S PERMIT: The Town of Eastham requires all vendors to have a permit. If you do not have a current permit, you can download the Transient Vendor Permit Application using the button below.

SPACES: All spaces are approximately 10 x 10 with room between spaces.
